The taste of chilli

To add chilli to a dish you can choose either dried or fresh chilli. Dried chilli has a richer and sharper taste, because also its seeds and seed pockets are usually dried and ground. In fresh chilli you can determine the sharpness of your dish by not using (all) the seeds. Did you know that you can tell the sharpness of chilli by its shape? The smaller the chilli, the sharper it usually is!
